For this project, I deconstructed a small mascara box by Milk, measured its dimensions, and uploaded it to Illustrator. I decided to rebrand the box for perfume and was inspired by Greta Gerwig's Little Women. Thus, the perfume revolved around that theme, with the name LOUSIA MAY coming from the author of Little Women, Lousia May Alcott, and the scents of the perfume aligning with the symbolic meaning of each of those plants (laurels symbolizing ambition for Amy). I wanted to go for a vintage wallpaper look and implemented canvas texture throughout. Also, I wanted the product to look high-end and since France is known for the quality of their cosmetics, I translated my descriptions into French. The most helpful tools were the pen tool and the align feature.
